There are many churches in the world today, and of course, there are many people attending those churches who believe that they are the people of God. What distinguishes us from those people? There are many things that could be declared; the primary thing is Truth. It is the Truth that makes us free. Jesus declared to His disciples in John 14, "I go to prepare a place for you," and said that he would come again to receive us to himself, "That where I am, there ye may be also." But to the rejected ones he said, "I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins; whither I go ye cannot come." (John 8) There is a great divide there, but both groups "seek" Jesus. The Lord had also said, (to His disciples), "you know where I go, and you know the way to get there." There is found a very simple truth in Christianity, Jesus is "the way," the meaning of this is lost on most people, that the scriptures might be fulfilled; but it means we must become like Him. We must go where He is. Where He is, is the place of perfection. Where is that? How can you "know the way?" How many people are completely confused at these sayings? How many people are wondering what this has to do with the rapture? If you listen and hear the preaching that goes forth of us, and do it, rejoice, you are peculiar, you will not be ashamed of your hope in the Truth.
